What is your refund or re-shipping policy?
Our refund and re-shipping policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction:
- If you don’t receive your order within 33 days, you’re covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. You can open a ticket after 27 days if your package hasn’t arrived.
- If you receive a faulty batch of pills (confirmed by multiple complaints about the same batch), we will replace or refund your order.
- If your package is delayed or misplaced by the courier, we will re-send your order for free. If the second shipment also fails, we will issue a refund.
Before taking the next step, please confirm the delivery status. If your package is overdue, inform us, and we will investigate.
If the postal service cannot resolve the issue, we’ll either re-ship your order for free or process a refund based on your preference.
When will I get my invoice and tracking number?
You’ll receive your invoice as soon as we confirm your payment. Your tracking number will be sent within 12-48 hours.

What’s the difference between the products you sell?
Modafinil (Modalert, Modvigil, ModaCare, ModaCare MD) and Armodafinil (Waklert, Artvigil, ArmodaCare) differ in strength and effects. Armodafinil is slightly stronger.
